Miss Understanding Public Service Motivation (PSM) among Gen Z in Bangkok via SWOT Analysis

The study is aimed to understanding public service motivation (PSM) among Gen Z via SWOT analysis. The samples are 385 Gen Z people which are gathered by purposive selection. The study is used closed-ended and open-ended questionnaires to collect data. The statistics used for analyzing the data are mean and standard deviation. The finding indicates that the third dimension (compassion) is in the highest mean (3.78). The first dimension (attraction to policy making) is in the lowest mean (2.80). Moreover, in terms of mean range, every dimension is in the moderate level except the compassion.
